Such data will then be transferred to third parties, previously identified and, in case, responsible for the data processing in accordance with article. 28 RGPD belonging to the following categories:

  • companies providing services aimed to managing the information system and the website (E-commerce platforms, payment platforms, website developers ecc).

  • studios and companies offering services as part of assistance and counselling relationships ( information technology field, administration ecc)

  • institutions, public administration, public authorities to fulfil legal obligations related to commercial relationships, in case evidence of cyber crimes or attacks against our system or other website visitors was detected or in case of dispute with the interested party

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
