Thread grinding

Thread grinding machines are machines specifically designed to grind, i.e. finish or correct threads on mechanical components such as screws, threaded shafts, bolts and other threaded parts. These machines use a high-precision abrasive wheel to remove very thin layers of material from the workpiece, with the aim of obtaining extremely precise threads with a high quality finish.
